If you have been unable to quit drinking then it is highly possible that you are physically, mentally and psychologically addicted to alcohol. This doesn’t mean that you are a ‘bad’ person, nor does it mean you do ‘bad’ things to others or yourself when you’ve had too much to drink. Some people simply have a hard time quitting because they don’t consciously see how much their addiction is affecting their lives.

Remember when you were a little kid, and someone would ask you what wanted to be when you grew up? You probably said that you wanted to be a movie star, or a football player, or a singer, or maybe a famous actor or a policeman.

I ran across a very informative article entitled “How Alcohol Damages the Body”, by Dr. Emmanuel Rubin.
Although the research is a few years old, it is clear that the evidence against excessive alcohol consumption has been known for a long time.
Rubin went into great detail on why and how alcohol is so bad, and how it damages the body it in almost every way possible.
